Cuisine honey is raw honey which is processed to produce fine crystals for a thicker, smoother & spreadable consistency. Use as a rub & glaze for meats/fish in cooking, baking & smoking. Serve with cheese as an appetizer. Provide as a condiment with a charcuterie board. Enjoy in a cocktail. The creamy consistency will remain indefinitely when stored between 50-68°f.
